ASHI Wood basket - Black

A series name could not be more fitting. The term ASHI comes from the Japanese word for 'reed'. The beautifully shaped ASHI fireplace set was designed by the design duo Kaschkasch for Blomus and is inspired by the form of gently swaying reeds. The handle has a similar contour, and the stick resembles the strong, hollow stems that have been used for centuries as a material for the production of baskets.

The smooth oak wood handles contain a strong magnet that holds each tool securely to the steel stand, free of any rope or tassle. The tool set includes a Log Poke, Tong Set, Ash Pan and Broom (with coconut fiber bristles) enabling you to keep your fireplace both comfortably warm and well ordered.  The ASHI Collection is also available in a wall- mounted version.
