‎Décor Living strives for the highest level of service in our industry. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our goal is to give our customers the best possible experience.

All Décor Living products come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults.

If you are able to provide Décor Living with a receipt or any acceptable proof of purchase, Décor Living may offer you a repair, exchange or refund if:

• Goods were incorrectly supplied.
• Goods were damaged through no fault of your own.
• Goods do not reflect what was described or pictured on the website.

Décor Living will not issue a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully.

You will receive instructions on how you need to return the product, and be issued an Return Authority number that must be attached to the goods. Any items that are being returned are shipped at the owners risk and Décor Living will not take responsibility for the damage caused by a third party.
