 Champagne Oyster Dressing: This deliciously luxurious dressing is the perfect finishing touch to your fresh oysters. Just drizzle a few drops over each oyster and enjoy! Optional garnish with finger lime, fish roe or minced shallots. You can also mix the dressing with a little wasabi and pour over carpaccio of tuna or salmon. It comes in a 100ml high quality glass bottle and dropper tool top.

Seafood Rub: ‎‎This savoury, tangy blend of lemon and herbs will elevate the flavour of any seafood and chicken dish. Rub directly onto your seafood, mix with Greek yogurt to make a dip or with olive oil for a marinade

Lemon Olive Oil: Our TASTEOLOGY Lemon Olive Oil is is our Extra Virgin Olive Oil carefully infused with lemon to create a zesty oil best enjoyed drizzled over seafood, salads and vegetables. Our olive oils are locally made, with olives harvested from olive trees grown in Australia.  The flavours are all-natural and preservative-free.

Citrus Salt: A base of Great Barrier Reef white rock salt, which has been carefully mixed in with dried lemon granules to create a zesty citrus flavour.  This is the perfect salt mix for your seafood and fish dishes, and is also great to use on salads and pastas. This salt comes in an oversized, high quality glass grinder bottle with a ceramic grinder which allows you to adjust the thickness of the granules. 

All Tasteology salts and salt mixes are 100% natural and no preservatives or additives have been incorporated into the mix.
