Optional garnish with finger lime, fish roe or minced shallots. You can also mix the dressing with a little wasabi and pour over carpaccio of tuna or salmon. Pomegranate Oyster Dressing: Drizzle a few drops of this delicious dressing over fresh oysters for a sweet and tangy taste. Optional garnish with pomegranate arils or minced shallots. Citrus Salt: A base of Great Barrier Reef white rock salt, which has been carefully mixed in with dried lemon granules to create a zesty citrus flavour.  This is the perfect salt mix for your seafood and fish dishes, and is also great to use on salads and pastas. This salt comes in an oversized, high quality glass grinder bottle with a ceramic grinder which allows you to adjust the thickness of the granules.
